What a blast this is to ride. Groceries the very first day. Then a couple of days later i hauled a heavy computer to recycling with a rack i made from scraps i found in the trash. The rack i made attaches to the back of the bike so you can haul heavy stuff that is centered left / right on the bike with a low center of gravity. I am thinking of getting a custom rack made like this, though my DIY version works fine, a custom version could be even lower. This bike is beautiful, like a favorite truck. At first i thought the fat tires would be too much and that i'd need to replace them, but after riding some miles i now think they are perfect. Hint on assembly, the two connectors on the front mud guard attach to the outside of the fork, as opposed to the connectors on the rear mud guard which come already attached on the inside. Ride the bike a while before making a fine adjustment on the front disc brake. I hope Mongoose continues to make these for all the riders who need a great but reasonably priced cargo bike.
