American Standard 1594.170.295 Town Square Bath Drain, Satin Nickel

I was able to find this item at my local supplier and called to cancel before it was shipped. I then received the order vi FedEx anyways. After three phone calls with American Standard, I received a rerun shipping label and learned that the gentleman who confirmed the cancelation didn't process it in his system. Lucky me, I was still charged return shipping for this error even after I was told that a full refund would be deposited.
