They are perfect for cooking up a little bit of everything, and you can just pick off what you want without having to eat the entire skewer. The style of these are great! I love the fish and bull. One skewer holds A LOT of food, and I only needed two of them to grill enough for my family of three. The skewer keeps the items from spinning, so flipping them and cooking the food evenly is so easy. The only downside we found was that some of foods that turned soft while grilling would fall off, like the onions. I'll still choose to use these over my standard skewers next time we make kebabs.
