I will admit, when I ordered this I really though I would try it for 10 minutes and hate it. I have neck problems that kept me awake all night for months. I was exhausted. This is literally the 19th pillow I tried. I used to sleep on a latex pillow because they are typically so bouncy but my old one just had no support left to it. Memory foam is typically too hard, so I didn't think this would work, but I tried it because it has over 11k good reviews. I am very happy that I did. This will be my 5th night sleeping on it, and I can't believe the difference. Neck pain is almost zero! I would love if it had the option to put a layer of later foam on the top just for extra bounce, but I suppose I can buy some and do that myself. I really like that the height of this can be changed simply by taking foam out. I didn't have to because I like a high pillow. I'm very happy with this, it holds my head all night and I can turn the pillow and have it also support my neck and my shoulder.

I have been looking for years for a pillow that has support. I'm a back, stomach and side sleeper so I needed a versatile pillow. Most were a big block of foam or so soft my head wasn't being supported. I had terrible neck and upper body pain and was getting headaches daily. All that is gone now and I'm so happy I have this pillow. When I got it, i had to take out some of the filling. That's the nice part, I could adjust to my softness. The pillow comes with extra filler and I'll keep it just in case. Overall, this is probably the best pillow I've ever had.
