I love it!!!!! Haven't cooked in it yet, but it is so pretty. I have a cast iron enamel frying pan and I love cooking in it..so I know I will love cooking in my braiser pan.

Even though this item is heavy, it's great to cook with. I made a great casserole in it and a fantastic pot roast. Would recommend but it is awfully heavy. After all, it is cast iron.
