Light armor.

The wrist guard fits on easy and quickly. The package only gives customers one, when a pair is needed . I rate the protection level to light armor in combat situations. You can still feel impact by blunt items. I might purchase another one to complete my set. Overall I rate the wrist guards as light armor.
