Worth to have a few of these. The arm sleeves actually support your arm muscles. Have used McDavid before. Don't always go by small medium or large. Measure first using McDavid guideline. I measured an inch and a half over small limit but stayed with the small. I'm usually a medium but in time the medium will stretch more than needed. No arm injuries since using arm sleeves. M That makes all the difference.
