I've been taking turmeric and Ginger on separate occasions for my regimen. I like the fact that I had to take one less pill of Ginger being that these two were combined, but the unfortunate thing is I really didn't save because the dosage on here is three at a time meaning I could have taken one turmeric and one Ginger and been done with it, so the quality is good the idea is good the price is good but the dosage isnt. Noone wants to take three Ginger turmeric pills daily.

This is the best quality, value, and price on a turmeric complex i've had. The bioperene helps with absorption, along with the fact it is a softgel, so its fast acting. The ginger, and astragulus help in combination with the turmeric greatly. Whether you use it for pain or any reason, this is the best product for the price. This is what I use instead of other nsaids. I love that the ginger is included to help with inflammation and ease stomach issues. I do find it difficult to swallow all three pills at the same time so I separate them to swallow.
