AICD2-0-1

The ASI Insulated Inline Splice Connectors feature 2 ports with each port accepting 1 wire. The AICD2/0-1 insulated inline connector accepts 2/0 to 6 AWG and is made of high strength 6061-T6 aluminum which is prefilled with an oxide inhibitor to prevent rusting. The ASI insulated in-line splice in black dielectric plastisol. Each wire entry port has a removeable plug. The ideal operating temperature range is from -45C to 90C. They are UL Listed with a dual rating for copper and aluminum wire. There are nine different models of insulated connectors between the insulated inline splice and multitap connectors. The wire range is as small as 14 AWG up to 750kcmil cable. They feature either slotted or hex screws depending upon the wire size.
