This stuff is the bomb. I used to have cramps almost every day, couldn't sit over 20 minutes without legs cramping, woke up most nights with leg cramps. A nurse friend recommended Slo-mag about a year ago, I started it immediately, and have had near zero cramping since. That is not to say it will work for everyone, as I recommended it to a friend and it didn't work for her particular cramping problem, but for me, it is marvelous.
