The pan is great. Used in in a commercial Vulcan oven, fits perfect. It is non,stick, didn't have to use oil or flour. Baked very evenly, and for breakfast rolls, it was wonderful. The dough stayed within the forms, and baked evenly. Cleanup was a dream. Highly recommended. Purchased one from KAF that was much more exjpensive, and smaller, but quality wise, this was as good if not better.
