Brush bristles came a part

My dad used these products for his uniform shoes and day dress shoes his whole life. He's gone now and I bought a kit for myself to use on my leather riding boots. Well, not what it use to be. The hairs in the brush fell out right out of the package. Not impressed. I tried to repair it myself as it was an hours drive back to the store. Not possible. So maybe Kiwi needs better quality control. Otherwise the kit is quite handy.

The Sponge comes off on the First or Second Application

I have used the Shoe Polish Kit for many years and, until the past several years have been very happy with it. It is much more convenient not having to use a brush to apply the shoe polish. However, over the past several years, with the first or second application, the sponge separates from the handle. Whatever glue you are using is not working. This has happened at least four times. Using the sponge by hand is messy. Please go back to the old method of sticking the sponge to the applicator so that the Shoe Polish Kit is really what it should be
