The plates are beautiful but customer service is nonexistent, got these on 11/21 and one arrived broken. I emailed the company TWICE asking for a replacement, which they state they do, but have heard absolutely nothing back, it's now 5 days later and nothing. The plates came in a thin styrofoam case (which is why they broke probably). Other than that I love them, haven't been able to use them as they are a christmas present but they seem okay, definitely not worth it if they can't replace a product, like they state they do.
