I am happy & surprised to say that Simple Solution's Oxy Charged Pet stain & odor remover, actually works as described! It picked up fresh stains easily (pretty easy stuff) enough. Spray & clean up easy. The amazing part is it got an older stain & did a great job of removing any indication that it was there. That in itself makes this a very valuable product. One that you don't want to run out of as long as you have stains, pets, or fur babies or people in your life. There are three head settings for the nozzle. Stream, foam & mist, plus there are instructions on the package for the best results using them. It depends on your stain. I can't say that it hinders repeat marking, as that will be something that is found out over the course of time. I've never found any single to prevent that from happening, but am always hopeful. It has a rather nice scent to it, both before & after treatment. It didn't leave a weird stain after cleaning, either, which is very nice. It's very easy to use, even on an old carpet piece; it didn't ruin it. The cleaner dried pretty quickly, after blotting, & was back in service in no time.

After using it for my review, I purchased several of them to share with my friends with pets. I have two cats, Roxie and Frankie. They have free range of our home when my husband and I are at work and although they know where their litter boxes are, as they get older, we notice that they are lazy at times. They usually leave something for us to clean up when we return home to let us know that we have taken too long to serve their needs. We have tried multiple cleaning products, and even a vacuum cleaner designed for pet clean up, but nothing works as easily and as quickly as Simple Solution. I am a very satisfied customer and will let everyone I know how I feel about this product. I did some redecorating recently and moved our living room furniture around, which unearthed a mess that I don't know which one left for me, nor how long it had been there, but I took out the Simple Solution and gave it a go. Within 10 minutes, the stain was gone and I wiped up the remainder with a clean white cloth. The beige carpet was left as good as new. Besides its cleaning ability, the Simple Solution spray leaves behind a fresh aroma that is very pleasing. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend this product to all.
