not sure how useful it is but they taste good I was taking the omega 3 pills but they're huge and hard to swallow but these are easy and I know this'll sound concerning but the taste is a motivator for me to actually take them. to any kid reading this these are NOT candy you are only supposed to take 2 daily as an adult I didn't read the kid directions cause I am 24 and have no kids
