We offer the five standard sizes and they are made from HDPE clear film and conforms to FDA requirements for food contact and food handling. These deli sheets are greaseproof, waterproof, non-absorbent and can be microwavable and freezable. These sheets are great for sanitary protection when used for handling donuts, bagels, muffins, cookies, candies, pretzels and strong enough for wrapping sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs. We also can make custom scale tare sheets.
