This item looked great out of the box, but after wearing to work at my office 2-3 times, they look worn and scratched up and cracked. The gold leather scratches very easily, just from typical walking in a carpeted office, and I soon won't be comfortable wearing them for professional purposes for which I bought them. I am disappointed in this item as I was hoping they would become a wardrobe staple at this price, but these won't be worth the cost for me.

I wear a size 8. I buy all flats, especially pointy toe, in size 8.5. I walked less than a 1/4 of a mile in these and while I thought I had a blister coming on, I looked down to see the shoe had *shredded* my heel raw (read that again). Almost three weeks later and it's still a huge wound that will an awful scar. I'd share the photos but really it's too grotesque. I have numerous SE flats and this never happened, not even a blister. There is something very wrong with the build and fabric of this shoe! Beware!
