The filter works fine but 3 of the factory connections leaked and one even popped off and started spraying water. Also I thought the directions were vague and the picture of the installation was not easy to view. If I had not installed one before I'm not sure if I could have done it on the first try. I doesn't work
I installed it and changed the water in the tank several times. I tested the water and it presents the same impurity of tap water. The product does not come with a phone number to call for assistance and there is no way to track down the company which produced it. Basically a throw away item if it doesn't work.
