Great Buy
I bought this for a friend of mine who was going up north for Christmas. When it arrived, it was a little bit too small and the battery didn't charge well. Being pressed for time, I called the company and they sent me the next size up and a new battery immediately. Staff was extremely accommodating. When he went up north, the jacket proved to be perfect. It was very cold and lots of snow. He said it kept him very comfortable and everyone else was a little bit envious. We are both very pleased.
