Misleading Product Description/Not Honoring Return

Misleading product desciption. It clearly states a "12 pack". 1 per package to me would mean you get one pack of 12. Additionally, it clearly states on the website that this item is returnable however i do not have the option to process the return online. I have reached out to the seller 3 times and have yet to receive a response.
