Surprisingly fast delivery! Received 3 days after ordering. Delivery was scheduled for December 27th, it was delivered on the 16th. Product was delivered undamaged and was easy to put together. It took me about 45 minutes after I read the 1st step (only because it was awkward to handle while putting in the screws). The rest was put together from looking at the picture on the box. I'm 70 years old, if I can do anyone can.

It was hard to make up mind that which one to buy so i took a jump and bought this one. Nice quality construction and padding, completely support hips on reverse sit up. its strong to carry heavy weight. Its kinds big, i think around 5 feet so you need to have enough room for it. Was easy to assemble take about 15 min to set up. Me and my husband were in need of something for push up as i have a back problem so i was looking for something really special within affordable price. It works for us. Foot rest has grip so it doesnt slip and enough space to hold feet. Foam roller is very soft i like it so much.

Awesome product and shipping was quick even got it a day early puting together was not bad and on the first night of using it the more reps you do the more you feel it you can really feel the pull on your chest after doing a couple reps of 10 and of you are bold enough after 2 10 rep sets try and finish out big with with a 20 rep set you'll really feel that one..
