This Chromebook lacks a Cap Lock Feature
This Chromebook will not do a Cap Lock even though the service set up service I bought with the computer says it should. They reference the google search which says, 'Follow the steps below to see how easy it is to use caps lock on Chromebook. Press search on your keyboard. When you're done, press the same keys to turn Caps Lock off again.'
