We do 90 gift bags for Meals On Wheels each month. These boxes make it easy for the drivers to handle. The boxes have hand holds on each end making lifting easy. The price is the best around. Some of our boxes are on their third use so they hold up.

I've never had an issue with the Pen Gear boxes. I've used hundreds of them over the years. I prefer the small size. I like the small size because they are easier to lift and they fit best in a moving truck. I have also purchased the medium and large sizes for larger items. In more recent years I have moved to 4 varying states. I never had a box destroyed in moving. I rarely lift them by the hand holds. If you place very heavy items, the hand holds may rip. I lift them from the bottom. Also, I tend to keep some for storage items.
