However, this product is sold since 1960 in Japan and I know about it since when I was a little because my grand mother was taking it every day. By the way..., Me and my husband go grocery shopping to the further store once a week by foot. It's more than 1 hour walking each way. Every time I feel extremely tired on our way home with heavy bags(there's long hill and big slope) so we sit down on the bench in the street to take a break most of the times.
