As someone who has a hard time swallowing pills, the pill here is very small and I don't have that problem. Works amazingly, very tiring half an hour after taking the pill and it's really hard for me to fall asleep, says someone who has a lot of trouble sleeping, recommends

These are my favourite quality melatonin types. They're a good size and dosage for what I need and I definitely see the benefits right away in being sent off to sleep. No taste. Easy to swallow. Ingredients normal. This helps me keep track of my sleep schedule during the work week and avoids me staying up all night.
