[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi, I have been using this product for a while now and it works great. Just take 1 3mg tablet 20 minutes before bedtime. I really like this Melatonin and will definitely keep using it and will refer it to my friends and family. Also, it is 100% drug free. Fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Great Product. They work great I fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night . I've always had a problem falling asleep these have really helped eliminate that problem. I highly recommend these to anyone that has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed
