Original Pilot Sunglasses with 55mm Bayonet Temples and True Color Gray Glass Lenses

I received these glasses about 2 weeks ago, they are well made, easily the equal to Ray-Bans (I have 3 pairs: Aviators, New Wayfarers and Clubmasters), but at 1/2 to 1/3 of their prices. AO has their own history with NASA and the US Military, which is a nice backstory. Time will tell to see if they hold up better than the latest Ray Bans...(the new, plastic lens, poorer quality Ray Bans tend to loosen at the temples and then the screws cannot be tightened so the temples flop around after a while). The lenses are real glass, which is a plus. The grey tint is dark enough to use on the brightest days, and maintain color neutrality. I also wear these inside a motorcycle helmet, and the straight temples are great for this. I am 6' 1" and the 57mm size is perfect for my head.
