I have used Gluten Cutter and it has helped me a lot where I have gluten sensitivity issues. Taking a tablet right before I ate, helped me to be able to eat a dinner roll (which I couldn't do for years) without experiencing any issues. This is also perfect for me when travelling where it can be difficult to find gluten free dishes, or where food may have been cross contaminated with items containing gluten.

I am gluten intolerant, and have been using this product for a couple of years, and it really works. I only use the gluten cutters occasionally when I want to splurge on something that has wheat in it, or when I am craving something. Just take one or two just before eating something. Like I said, it has worked for me.
