Equate Gas Relief and Prevention Food Enzyme Capsules, 100 Count, Compare to Beano®

Works as well as Beano, but for a lot cheaper. The capsules are very small, so easy to swallow. In dieting, I'm consuming a lot more artificial sweetners than I like, and they cause bloat (which also causes runny stools with the gas pushing out to escape). This helps to reduce the intestinal gas from all the sweeteners. During the day, and especially when quietly lying in bed, I'd hear my guts gurgling loudly. With this, a lot less gurgling, and a lot less pressure. Will try to reduce my intake of sweeteners (sure wish they'd switch to Stevia, a natural sweetener), so eventually I may not need this. Still need to lose another 20 pounds to get to my ideal weight. With my rate of weight loss, that should be in about 3 months, unless I hit another plateau in weight loss. Going to the gym helps along with all the yardwork this time of year. Until then, I'd like to not hearing my gut churn all day long, and when in bed trying to sleep. This seems to help reduce the bloat.

For years ive suffered with this overwhelming feeling of fullness like my stomach is inflating to the point where my clothes were very tight on me and it was very uncomfortable to bend over to pick anything up. it's been getting worse over the last couple of years and finally I've had enough and I decided to talk to my doctor about it. I'm going to find out, my body doesn't create an enzyme necessary to break down the carbs and conplex sugars in foods like beans, lentils, certain vegetables etc etc. I had no clue! my doctor recommended that I get some of these enzyme capsules and its been night and day for me!!!! you just take one or two of these capsules before you are beginning to eat any beans, lentils certain vegetables etc and they allow your body to process and break down these carbs and complex sugars. I'm having more complete bathroom visits, I'm releasing gas out of my body that I've never been able to do before. my clothes are fitting me again and I'm able to bend over and pick things up off the ground and work in the yard without feeling miserable. talk to your doctor or give it a try if you're experiencing bloating like I was.
