I got this for my husband and he takes them. He has always had issues after he eats. It doesn't matter what it is. This is a guy that wont even take an aspirin. So when he takes or asks for something, they must work. He asks me to reorder them when we are low. So that speaks volumes in my book. We have them on hand everywhere.
