Perfect Stars

Love this die! It makes cutting out stars so easy, and they're perfect every time! I cut out quite a few of these in different shapes and complementing colors, and then arranged them in overlapping patterns. So cute!! Thanks for making stars so easy!!

boys quilt

When I first bought this I thought of all the great things I could make for my daughters and me. Then after more thought I came up with some great ideas for a bug quilt for my grandson. I am anxious to get it drawn up so I better get busy getting my other quilts finished!

Visions of stars dance in my head

I bought this die to do some patriotic table runners and quilts, haven’t gotten there yet. I’d like to get the Go! Applique Quilting Stars CD (hmmm, maybe with some of my reward points) to use with these stars. I can see these stars scattered on a New Year’s table runner maybe cut from a gold lame fabric, a gold sheer like organza (maybe even doubled), or a gold washable crepe back satin or maybe a combination of them for more variety. I can also see these stars in various colors on a Birthday table runner with the words “You’re the star” appliqued on it and maybe with a few presents scattered on it too( see Go! Holiday accessories die (55321) and the Go! Square 3 ½” (55006). The smallest star also makes a great tree topper for the Go! Holiday Medley die (55043). I’m working on a four season’s sewing machine cover which I will post when it’s done.
