No choice but to give this company one star to completed the review. I ordered the Pearl Champagne GOLD ornaments but instead received SILVER ornaments. After calling several times and a dozen emails back and forth with customer service, including sending pictures of what I received (clearly shows silver ornaments not gold), Christmas Central would not acknowledge the mistake nor send a return label. Customer service's last response...'You could return the item back to us, if still necessary, for a merchandise refund. we will credit it once we receive it back in a good condition.' I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.
