THE BEST SLEEP AID I HAVE USED
I usually don't have a lot of trouble sleeping, but when I am restless or thinking too much, this is the best sleep aid I have found. They say there are no drugs in it and everything is natural, I get a relaxing sleep, if I wake up to go to the bathroom during the night I go right back to sleep, and I wake up alert and feeling good in the morning.
