It works!
I like many others are skeptical about trying something new from over the counter. Well good news, these are not cow size pills like others and they are coated so easier to swallow. The Osteo Bi-Flex is something different then I've ever tried before. I have severe arthritis in my knees which really effects my life style daily. I've taken the Bi-Flex as directed for 2 1/2 weeks now before writing this review and now I'm ready to tell you my experience. I waited a couple of days thinking when will it kick in and help me with this burning. Then I just forgot about it until this week when my husband realized I was chasing my grandson around on the floor and playing without complaining that it hurts. I didn't notice it but then I was shocked when he said it because I wasn't hurting like before when I'd pretty much be in tears by that night. It works for me and now it could work for you too.

Great product
I was skeptical about using this product and the claims it made. However I decided to try the 7 day test. I noticed that after 7 days my shoulder arthritis pain seemed to ease up quite a bit. I am going to continue to use this product to see what the results are. The medication my doctor gives me does not work alone. My only complaint would be the bottle. It's way too large for the amount of product inside and seems like such a waste. A smaller bottle would be much more convenient to store.

More mobility in my hands.
I noticed after about a week that my hands were no longer encumbered by stiffness in the morning. The stiffness was still there a little bit, but when I tried to move it was not as dangerous, and moving my fingers was not such a bad idea; like it was before taking these. I still need more time with these, and would have more results to share after a while longer.. But for now... " this medication seems OK to me!"
