Cracked !!!

Completely disappointed. this was purchased with a special occasion in mind. So we did not open and unpack immediately. Today when it was unpacked, it is cracked and they won't do anything. let's be honest, how often do you use a 10 gallon cast iron kettle? So we are out over 200.00. SO TO EVERYONE WHO WAS EXCITED FOR US THAT WE FINALLY FOUND ONE..our excitement was short lived.
