Multi-Functional Gym Clock
Our workout timer includes 12/24 hour clock display, stopwatch, beat, target timer, countdown, custom interval timer, 3 sets of preset timing (TABATA, EMOM, FGB), show function, without wire remote control within 10M (2 x AAA batteries not included), buzzing sound. Please refer to the user manual for specific usage and function introduction.

Pre-Programmed Design
Our exercise timer comes with three preprogrammed designs include TABATA, EMOM and FGB, the TABATA : 20 sec workout and 10 sec rest, repeat 8 rounds. EMOM: exercise 1 min and with no rest, at most 99 rounds. FGB1: 5 min training 1 min rest, repeat 5 rounds; FGB2: 5 min training 1 min rest, repeat 3 rounds. Each design includes predetermined work and rest periods, making it easy to get started with your workout right away.

Custom Intervals Timing
You can save up to 10 custom programs on the Workout Timer Interval Clock from P0-P9. F(F1-F8) as the motion time, C(C1-C8) as the interval time, L(L1-L8) as the number of cycles. You can set your training time/interval rest time/rounds times through the remote control. Then press the "SHOW" button to view.

Wide Application
The portable large digital timer with a sling and 2 strong sticker hooks that you can place on your desk, hang or attach to a smooth, flat wall. Widely used in gyms, boxing club, competition timing, training, the countdown for exams, and other occasions where you need to manage time.
