Too many problems: damanged products and unhelpful service

It took us two months, multiple shipments, and multiple calls to customer service to actually get enough undamaged pieces of this set to make a complete one. We ultimately got what we needed (though we did decide to live with some very minimal damage on one side because we didn't want to go through any more hassle). Helpful customer service was really hit or miss through the whole process. And Hayneedle would not offer us any compensation for all the problems/issues we had to deal with. I would recommend looking elsewhere: the end product isn't worth all the hassle.

They shipped the .....WRONG THING !

i ordered a 42" teak table top and chairs for my bride. (VALENTINES DAY) Very disappointing to receive a 36" table top. Now we must ship the entire set back and start over. Seems to me that this is much more trouble than it is worth. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS SINCE WE DELIVERED IT 200 MILES AWAY TO OUR CONDO..
