Best Eye Makeup Remover!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of this eye makeup remover in an IPsy bag and LOVE it! This is the only product that I've used that will wash away my waterproof mascara with ease. We went camping this past weekend and I put on waterproof mascara since I knew we'd be swimming... 2 days I've had the mascara on and nothing could take it off except this product! Definitely recommend!

It effortlessly removed my eye makeup and left the sensitive skin around my entire eye area feeling like satin!! Absolutely NO RUBBING was necessary!!
