Hoping for a Good Resolution
This bookcase matches some other pieces that I have from Sunny Designs. While it came packaged well, one side piece came with a crack in the wood all the way down. I called Hayneedle who is calling Sunny Designs so I am hoping for a replacement piece in a few days. This is not Hayneedle's fault and they have been very responsive. I am hoping to give this product a five-star​ rating when my new piece comes.
