  • Installation Steps:
    Step 1: Removal of the chainsaw sprocket cover;
    Step 2: Thread the chain onto the guideplate. Pay attention to the correctblade direction;
    Step 3: Install the guide plate and chain onto the chainsaw;
    Step 4: Align the pin with guide plate hole and install the cover;
    Step 5: Use the tensioning screw to the side of the guide bar to adjust the tension on the chainsaw chain;
    Step 6: Install the battery pack;
    Step 7: Adjust the chain tightness again if needed. ***Do not make it too tight***

  • Notice:
    1. Please read the user manual before use. Regularly oil up the chain. Bar oil is highly recommended!
    2. Only insert the rechargeable battery once the device is completely assembled, to avoid the device being switched on accidentally.
    3. Before using for the first time, the battery needs to be fully charged.Check that the surface of the battery is clean and dry prior to charging.
    4. After the battery is fully charged remove the charger plug from the outlet and remove the battery from the charger.
    5. When the machine is not being used over a longer period of time it’s best to store the battery in charged condition. It should be used and recharged at least once every 3 months.

sent used product and did not package it securely

No stars. Wal-mart sent me an obviously used saw that wasn't packages securely in the box. I took pictures 10 minutes after it arrived to ensure I document this. The saw had scuffs and wearing on it, showing that it was very clearly used. Add to that the fact that it did not have any styrofoam or other typical safety packaging and therefore, there was an oil/fluid stain on the inside of the box and the box was torn up in several areas. The saw had been able to bounce around inside the box and may have received damage during shipment. I needed the tool but this is delaying my work by weeks because now I need to return this to WM and then find another, AT ANOTHER RETAILER, and get that shipped out to me.

The box came broken. Pieces were missing. There was a battery and no charger and a saw with no blade. The pieces appeared to have been another customer's return, The box had a fist size hole in it. Additional damage was done around the box. Plastic bags and screws were floating around the box. No inner box. I returned it
