This ball is fine for what it is, a silicone-type layer ball with a soccer ball outer design. One can inflate the ball with a hand pump to a level of 3-5 PSI. If one is looking for a ball to teach new people the game of Association Football or 'soccer' with a ball that has a low risk of painful injury if hit in the face or other body parts then this ball is a great option. Field Positioning, kicking basics, passing basics, receiving basics (or first touch as it called worldwide), fast decision making, muscle conditioning can all be taught with this ball with a capable instructor, no need for expensive balls and much better than using the hard rubber soccer balls of years past. Small space play like in backyards is possible if played with care. Indoor play with this ball is probably not a good idea given this ball will have carry some velocity if struck squarely and swiftly.
