LouAna Coconut Oil 100% Pure, 30 Fl Oz

I have been using this coconut oil for quite a while. My baby has eczema and it is a lovely moisturizer for her with no weird ingredients. My teen uses it on a cotton ball to remove her makeup... it removes it instantly with no rubbing, even on waterproof eyeliner!! It is soooo much better than make-up remover pads! I use it on my elbows, hands, and face instead of the name-brand facial moisturizer I used to use for forty bucks per ounce. I do wish it had the coconut smell, but having no smell is great because it doesn't clash with any other fragrance you're using, and my daughter is very sensitive to smells. Walmart's price on this is just fantastic! I tell all my friends how wonderful this coconut oil is!

I love this stuff. Bought this is the store in the food section where the oils are but I use it as a beauty product. I use it in the shower after my soap to moisturize my skin. I have dry skin and KP so I always have to use a lotion after I shower and this stuff works so much better than any lotion. Plus it is a wonderful treatment for KP and really keep it in check. After I do dishes I lather some of this on my hands and it keeps them soft much longer than hand lotion. I also use this in my hair especially on the ends or as an overnight treatment and it works wonders. Because I color my hair I feel it needs extra special attention and this replenishes all the moisture and oil that is lost during coloring and other abuse I do to my hair. I think it is especially beneficial to put some on the ends right before I color my hair to protect them. My youngest daughter has super curly, blonde, ethnic looking hair and it works miracles for her hair too. Keeps her hair looking healthy, shiny, and frizz free. I also use this as a makeup remover. It easily revoves waterproof mascara and eyeliner like nothing else. I use to use baby oil but this is so much better and I feel is better for my skin too. It works much better than any product marketed as makeup remover, plus I feel like it not only removes my makeup but moisturizes my skin while doing so. As for cooking with the coconut oil, well I haven't tried that yet, but I will continue buying it just for my health and beauty needs.
