Knocks me out - and no grogginess!
Honestly this stuff has changed the game for me. I've been having a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying alseep in light of all the craziness happening. The anxiety is real. My mind hasn't stopped racing and it was keeping me up. Dream Well puts me to bed quickly and I sleep through the entire night. Plus I don't wake up with the morning grogginess feeling that regular melatonin gives me. Highly recommend!

Secret Weapon
I used to have no problem falling and staying asleep. However, after working from home these past few weeks its been really hard to keep a regular schedule and I find myself constantly struggling to "switch off" at the end of the day. This stuff really helps me fall asleep and actually sleep through the night without the dreaded 3 am "anxiety wake up". Super glad I bought this!
