The Best Regular Pasta Alternative for Low Carb!!!

Defintely a firmer or more chewy pasta, (for what I personally like),...but for Low Carb Pasta,...I am thrilled to have it! Is a bit pricy,...but to be able to have low carb pasta that is this close to regular pasta,...the price is manageble to have it (occassionally).

Great substitute

Great substitute for regular pasta. Do not over cook if you are going to have leftovers. Best just to cook what you are going to eat immediately. Can be soggy if you over cook.
