RecommendationsThe manual rivet is a riveting tool used for binding two materials with a pull rivet. Another name of this kind of tools-Riveter-is used for both exhaust and nut rivets.
Precautions for using rivet gun:
1. Maintain the specified intake pressure. If the inlet pressure is too small, the power of the riveting hammer will be reduced. Not only will the riveting efficiency be low, but the rivet head may crack due to excessive hammering times.
2. The button can only be pressed after the rivets on the punch are tightened. Otherwise, the reciprocating motion of the piston will consume some energy, and the piston will hit the shell, causing damage to the rivet gun.
3. Use a protective spring to firmly connect the punch to the gun body to prevent the punch from flying out and damaging personnel or products.
4. Hold the handle with your right hand, press the button with your index finger to start the rivet gun, and use the button to adjust the compressed air to ensure that the rivet gun works smoothly. At the beginning of riveting, because the rivet rod is long and the gap between the rivet rod and the rivet hole is large, the rivet rod is easy to bend during riveting. Therefore, the button should be pressed lightly to reduce the power of the rivet gun. When the rivet rod fills the rivet hole, the rivet force will increase and the pier head will form quickly. When the head is nearly completed, the button will be gradually released to prevent the pier head from being hit too low.
5. The punch tail is prepared according to different rivet gun models and should not be used in series to avoid damaging parts and reducing efficiency.
6. Do not open the gun at will during use to avoid damaging parts.
