Small Capsules
These small capsules are packed with a lot of Biotin. Do not confuse MCG with MG. These are extremely high potency, yet are small and easy to swallow. Being hypothyroid, I find Biotin to be useful in helping my hair and nails. If you use this, it is essential that you inform your physician and stop taking these prior to any lab work.

Great for my hair & Nails
Great product for hair and nail issues. My nails were dry and brittle, splitting easily so I thought I would try biotin, I did , however I found myself taking four pill each day until I found these. I can take one per day and see reliefequal to the larger amounts I was taking. I saw a great improvement within a month. It works great for my nails and hair as well as my purse. It was much less cost comparing it to many bottles of other brands I was using. Use it, be patient with results as it may vary. But I would not be without it.

I haven't used it very long but My vision is not so blurry so that's very good, and I love that there not huge very good size I'll keep using them and see if I can keep my memories for as long as I can, demenicia runs in My family My Father had it so I'm going to see what I can do to prevent it, wish Me luck.
