Order was shorted by 4 tubes

Ordered 10 tubes, only 6 were shipped and received. Was charged for 10 tubes. I am too busy to pursue this overcharge, so I won't mess around with Walmart online again. Three of six of the tubes were broken, but that was a shipping issue. My dissatisfaction is the overcharge.
