It came early and I'm loving it!!

As the title states, my copy came in the mail a day early. I was happy to get home, get it out of the mailbox and open the package to discover it was a brand-new cartridge. I had also gotten a brand new copy of its sequel Apocalypse, so now I have them both! Now, to the part you guys are waiting for. If your looking for a game for your kids, turn back now. I'm 18, my parents made me wait until I was at least 16 before even starting on SMT, and I can see why. SMT, as an entire series, deals with themes ranging from deicide (the murder of a god) to killing and eating your enemies, and everything in between. There are sexual references throughout the entire series, and this series can be used as a scapegoat for encouraging kids to explore the occult due to there being "Demons." I feel like I'm exacerbating the issue, lets move on. If you are looking for an easy game to get you through less than 20 hours of your life, turn back now. I often compare the entire SMT series to 3 franchises, Pokemon and Final Fantasy. But whats the 3rd franchise? Dark Souls. Good ol' Dark Souls, the one RPG that gives you a bare-bones tutorial to show you the controls and then proceeds to demolish you. In essence this game does the same exact thing, which is why I LOVE it. I was getting sick of RPG's like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy cause they babied me in comparison. This game gives you your quest and allows you to get lost, even rewarding you for getting lost. If you came seeking to meet your maker, step right up!! This game is the RPG for the masochist, as you will die left and right as you figure out your enemies weaknesses and what the best strategy for a fight is. I have died 7 times in the beginning 8 hours I've played, and while death is... well, death in any RPG, I had no problem. Why? Most people complain that the game takes your money for reviving you. Indeed it does, but it has the ability of taking something else other than your macca (in-game money,) PLAY COINS. Considering I walk everywhere around town it doesn't take me but a month to rack up 300 play coins, and when I die I use those to revive. Reviving with play coins can take as many as 14 coins from your 3DS's coffers, but thats small when the max you can have at once is 300 (and I currently have 299.) Moral: for mature teens who own a 3DS, like difficult games and are sick of how easy Pokemon has gotten.

good game

so far the game is ok not the best it seems like all the monsters you fight are stronger than you are and you can't earn enough money to buy any good supplies .weapons or medicines .and one hit from these guy and your dead than you have to loose points or money to be able to come back to life. And there is no where to buy any more medicines in this stratum he is in. I have only played it for maybe 8-10 hrs .if it doesn't get better I will probable sell it.
