for my a1c

GNC Cinnamon Bark 500 mg help to bring my a1c down. It was 8.3 and i started to take GNC Cinnamon Bark. The first three months, it came down to 7,8. the next three months, it came to 7.3. The last time i went in was down to 6.3. I was really happy for it to be down that far. .I am still taking Cinnamon Bark 500 mg.

Lowered My A1C In 10 Weeks.

GNC Cinnamon Bark lowered by A1C in weeks. My A1C went from 6.4 to 5.8 in 10 weeks. However, I did combine the cinnamon bark with vitamin D3 supplements. The only changes I made to my diet is I drink one can of soda a day instead of 3 cans a day, no breakfast cereal, no white potatoes, and no pizza. I still eat white rice and Spaghetti in moderation. You should also consider taking GNC K2 supplements (it helps lower your a1c) along with GNC Cinnamon Bark.
