Supports Hips

The belt might be too big, but I was between sizes based on the size cart and sized up. I sprained my sacroiliac joint a few years back and experience low back pain and weakness at times. This belt provides the needed support and stability for my hips while walking. I discovered that I can't wear it all day as it would compress my hips too much and make the problem worse.
