This Snailax Shiatsu Massager is AMAZING !! The entire back is ridged, and the Shiatsu Massagers can be adjusted to move up and down your entire back, or concentrate only on your upper OR lower back. There are separate massagers for your neck. Also, Heat can be turned on, to add to the experience.... If Shiatsu is too intense, a Velcro pad is offered to lay across the back to soften the massagers. There is a Roller setting too, that just moves the massagers up and down your back without massaging.. they are quite relaxing... I use those at the end.... The Gel Seat doesn't have Shiatsu, but has Vibration and heat, which is VERY VERY NICE...,. While you're getting the kinks worked out, your hips and glutes are getting a nice relaxing heated vibratory loosening up. The entire sensory experience is WONDERFUL... The timer can be set for 5-10 or 15 minutes... I take full advantage of the 15, and get up feeling like a million bucks !!!! The entire program can be customized by the Remote Control, attached to the chair, right at your fingertips. Both the covering for the seat cushion, and the neck pad can be zipped off and washed..
